• Information about offers for deaf people in their social environment

• Support with difficulties in everyday life

• Help with filling out applications

• Participation support

For public institutions and authorities:

• Education about the needs of deaf people

• Information about deafness

• Assistance for administration with concerns of people with hearing impairments

• Support with inclusive offers from public institutions such as schools, (church) parishes, kindergartens, sports clubs

The advice center has existed in cooperation with GVIUS eV since 2013. We work closely together and follow up
the common goal of supporting people with a hearing impairment within the framework of inclusion.
